    What happens once I have purchased a coaching session?

    Your coach will receive your request as soon as you make the booking. They have 24 hours to accept or decline. If your coach does not accept your request within 24 hours, you will be able to reschedule the session at another time or to request a refund.

    Can I cancel or reschedule a session once the coaching session is confirmed by a coach?

    Yes, you are allowed to cancel or reschedule a session up to one hour before your appointment.

    Can I get a discount if I buy several coaching sessions?

    Can I request a refund for unused sessions?

    Yes, you can ask for a refund for unused sessions, as long as you did not cancel less than one hour before the appointment. Check our full refund policy here.

    Can I get in touch with my coach ahead of the session?

    Yes, you can message coaches anytime from their profile page, by clicking on “Message”. You will also receive your coach’s contact details once your session is confirmed.

    How do you select your coaches?

    We receive many applications from coaches and have tight selection criteria. We require two years of experience at one of the top management consulting firms and an extensive track record in interviewing or coaching candidates. We aim to offer coaches from a variety of firms and locations. We track their performance on a monthly basis and unlist those who fall short of our performance criteria.

    What if I am unhappy with the quality of the coaching?

    When you make a booking on CaseCoach, you enter into a contract directly with the coach. If you are unhappy with the quality of the coaching, you can reach out directly to the coach to resolve the situation. You can also rate your session on the platform and leave feedback. We are available to facilitate this process.

    I am interviewing for a Manager, Project Leader, Principal or Partner role. Can your coaches help me prepare?

    Yes, all our coaches will be able to help you prepare for the case interview. The format of the case interview is identical for all entry levels. That said, we recommend that you pick a coach who has worked at a similar level and will relate to your seniority and experience.

    If you look to prepare for the fit interview, only a small number of coaches will be able to help at this level.  Please message the coach ahead of making a booking to check that they do. You can also contact us  if you need help selecting the right coach.
